Marble Maze Assigned in the week of Feb 9 Grade 8 Design and Tech: Hydraulic maze assignment This is a design project made from raw materials; it is not made from a kit. Create a marble maze that is controlled by hydraulics. This is a partnered assignment. The base of the marble maze is made from a single sheet of plywood or MDF. The tilting motion must be controlled by external hydraulic cylinders. The hydraulic cylinders are held by a base constructed by you. A rough sketch is required before you begin building. The marble maze must have a defined starting point and a defined ending point. There may be traps in the maze, but a superior model will be challenging but not impossible. There may be rewards built into the maze that are given to the player, such as a bell, or light, or sound, to indicate a success in the game. You must make one maze per group. Each person in the group must submit one set of orthographic and isometric drawings of your model. The maze will be given a mark in D&T and Science
