These are the vocabulary words for April. In this month we will study more of the etymology of the words and how they can be used to see patterns in words. For Grade 8, we will concentrate on the words that appear on SAT word lists often found in contests and vocabulary tests. Grade 7 students are encouraged to read the grade 8 vocabulary words, to improve their overall vocabulary.
