				9:00 - 9:40 am 9:40 - 10:20 am
Grade 8: Working day for Design and Technology. Students will continue working on hydraulic mazes. Assignment criteria is posted on the <Assignment Page>

Period 3 ...Room 205

				10:35 - 11:15 am
Grade 8: Continued introduction to the microscope. Notes, diagrams and experiments will be introduced. Grade 7: Continued introduction to animals and habitats. Emphasis on vocabulary will be given today.

Period 4 ...Room 32

			11:15 - 11:45 am
Students should take the time to write their spelling tests. There are many presentations to hear, including poetry, and song sharing.

Period 5 ...Room 32

			12:45 - 1:15 pm
Terry Fox Run is rescheduled from last week to this afternoon; weatehr permitting. The regular programme is suspended.

Period 6...Planning time for Mr. Winship

Periods 7 and 8 ...Room 32

1:55 - 2:35 pm

If the Terry Fox run finishes early, we will view some student Pythagoras switch examples.

For parents: the basic homework schedule for homeroom is as follows:

Monday- Spelling
Tuesday- Math
Wednesday- Writing
Thursday - math and spelling test study
Every evening should include at least a half hour of sustained reading.
