Senior students' Dance next week


New spelling words given Monday  This is week 4 of the October words.

For parents: the basic homework schedule for homeroom is as follows:

  • Monday- Spelling
  • Tuesday- Math
  • Wednesday- Writing
  • Thursday - math and spelling test study
  • Every evening should include at least a half hour of sustained reading.

Math test next week. Please study by working on the review questions posted on the board.

 English 9:40 - 10:10 am

Spelling test, and writing journals.

Period 3 ...Room 32

 

 Computer Buddies 10:25 - 11:05 am

Today we will help our buddies write blogs using blogs created on KidBlog.


Period 4 ...Room 32

 History 11:05 - 11:45 am

We will continue work from yesterday. Using a KWL chart, we will explore the fur trade in early Canada.

Period 5 and 6 ...Room 207

Grade eight students: second-last day in the shop building the maze. There will be one more double period and then the maze will be due on Nov. 5.

Sign Language Poetry
